These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the commissions, digital products, and services I provide as an independent artist. By commissioning artwork, purchasing digital products, or using my services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

I offer commissions for 2D artwork, including illustrations, animations, motion graphics, character design, concept art, comic collaborations (manga, webtoon, and similar formats), and game sprites.

I may also offer digital products such as comics, illustrations, assets, games, or other downloadable content.

2. Commission Usage

Custom commissions based on your own characters or third-party intellectual property are subject to the rights of the original copyright owner. I do not grant commercial rights to intellectual property that I do not own.

Commissions featuring my original characters, stories, or intellectual property are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed and agreed upon before payment.

3. Ordering & Payment

Payment is required before work begins.

All commission prices are fixed per project and will be discussed before the commission starts. Payments are accepted through PayPal or any commission platform I choose to use.

4. Third-Party Platforms

I may accept commissions through platforms such as Fiverr, VGen, or similar services. Payments, refunds, and disputes made through those platforms are subject to their respective Terms of Service and Policies.

You may also contact me through social media platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), or Discord to discuss commissions.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the project's complexity. Most commissions are completed within approximately one week, although larger projects may require additional time.

If unexpected delays occur, I will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

If I am unable to complete your commission or cannot begin the project within a reasonable time, I may offer a full or partial refund.

Refund requests made through third-party platforms are handled according to those platforms' policies.

7. Content Restrictions

I accept a wide variety of commission requests, including mature themes.

However, I do not accept commissions involving:

• Illegal content

• Extreme gore

• Explicit sexual content involving my original characters or franchises

• Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

8. Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the copyright to all original artwork I create.

Fan Art & Third-Party Intellectual Property

For commissions based on existing characters, franchises, or other third-party intellectual property, the client is responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with the rights of the original copyright owner. I do not grant any rights to intellectual property that I do not own.

Original Characters & Intellectual Property

Commissions featuring my original characters, stories, or intellectual property are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and approved before payment.

I reserve the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio or on my social media unless otherwise agreed before work begins.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will not affect commissions already in progress unless both parties agree.
